A converted coaching inn across from a medieval castle, which sets the scene nicely for a modern cuisine restaurant earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand. A chef and sommelier run it together, and that partnership shows: local produce and fresh fish get careful treatment in the kitchen, while the wine pours come with actual thought behind them. Nearly everything on the table is made in-house, bread from a local baker being the one cheerful exception.
