    The building on Marktplatz has been around since before anyone's great-great-grandmother was born, and a counter seat facing the glass-paned kitchen is the best place to watch the chef turn that history into something else entirely. This is a Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant where the cooking runs cosmopolitan and precise, up to nine courses of creative, fusion-leaning dishes. Lunch is notably more affordable if you want to ease in gently.
