    Perched on a hill above Mykonos town, this boutique hotel arranges itself around a pool like a small whitewashed village, with winding walkways and the deep blue Aegean visible at every turn. Rooms run all-white and airy, most with a private balcony or terrace. The crowd skips the beachfront chaos for something quieter and more discreet, though a Nobu Matsuhisa outpost on the premises keeps things from getting too monastic.
