A small, deliberately unhurried French-Belgian restaurant in a quiet Utrecht village, where the chef comes to your table to introduce himself, not as a flourish but because the room is that intimate. The cooking is old-school in the best sense: frog's legs, tournedos Rossini, turbot with lobster Béarnaise. Rich sauces done with conviction, classical technique left to do the talking.
