    Bina 37 is a Georgian restaurant on the 8th floor of an apartment block, where the owner keeps 43 qvevri of homemade natural wine out on the terrace. It's a home-style setup in the best sense: traditional dishes, a steady flow of that wine, and a host whose philosophy is that a guest is a gift from God. It holds two Gault&Millau toques, which seems like a lot of recognition for something above a stairwell.
