A former brewery and cinema, folded into a boutique hotel by a pair of young proprietors who clearly had opinions about what a spa-town guesthouse should feel like. The rooms run minimalist with enough color to keep things from feeling like a mood board, and each is subtly different from the next. On-site you get two restaurants and a beer bar, which is more than most places doing the clean-lines aesthetic bother to offer.
