This is a relaxed bistro where the open kitchen sends out beef Bourguignon alongside mushroom risotto and flambéed salmon sashimi, the menu drifting between traditional and international without much fuss about it. The courtyard terrace, framed by old trees and a castle, makes a strong argument for arriving in summer.
