Bitterroot is a casual, farm-to-table Southern spot with concrete floors, wood beams, and marble tables giving it an easygoing country-modern feel. Gulf shrimp and grits and a sweet tea pork chop carry dinner, and the pecan pie with brown butter ice cream is not optional. The Michelin Guide has it listed.
