    A Forbes Five Star resort perched above Es Canar where the pools are calibrated to match the Mediterranean outside, including an adults-only rooftop situation with daybeds that makes productivity impossible. Around 150 rooms and suites, most with balconies and sea views, plus an indoor-outdoor spa. Five restaurants cover contemporary Basque, Mediterranean, and fresh fish, which in Ibiza is the correct order of priorities.
