A restored country house above the Costa Blanca, where Alberto Ferruz builds tasting menus around whatever the Mediterranean and the Montgó mountains are offering that season. Fish and seafood from the Marina Alta do most of the talking, backed by produce from the chef's own gardens. Two Michelin stars, two menus, and the kind of cooking that makes "sea views" sound like a footnote rather than the main event.
