A former school on the outskirts of Athens now houses one of the city's more personal fine dining rooms, where the menu moves between Corfu, Thessaly, and Tuscany as if the chef's biography is the tasting course. Ettore Botrini runs the kitchen, and the cooking has earned a Michelin star. There's a chef's table, an open kitchen, and outdoor seating when the weather cooperates. The menu comes in two set formats, with room to add on.
