Brasserie Barbara
German
The kitchen is fully open and running from noon until half past eight, which makes Brasserie Barbara the more relaxed daytime sibling to the fine-dining room across the road at the Auerhahn. It's a bright, unfussy brasserie doing regional German cooking with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, where Black Forest croquetas share the menu with fried black pudding, apple, and mash. Lake Schluchsee is just over the road, so the room earns its easy mood.
