The terrace on the first floor looks out over the pedestrian zone, and on a warm evening it's the reason tables go fast. This is Tim Raue's French brasserie, part of his Colette mini-chain, where the menu lets you order à la carte or build your own four-course run, vegan if you like. Beef Wellington for two anchors the classics side while seasonal plates keep things moving. Constance gets a bit of the Berlin blueprint.
