Brown Beach House

A converted tobacco warehouse on the Dalmatian coast, Brown Beach House has kept the bones of the old Duhanka building and filled them with mid-century modernist interiors by Saar Zafir, so the suites feel like a stylish friend's apartment overlooking the Adriatic. Two cocktail bars, a spa, and an open-air Mediterranean restaurant round out a property that takes the word "boutique" at least semi-seriously.
