    Fourteen acres on Eagle Beach, adults only, with a romance concierge on hand if you need someone else to plan the candles. This boutique resort runs a serious sustainability program, the first carbon-neutral property in the Caribbean, so the post-beach guilt is limited to the rum. Land and sea activities, a wellness program, and 104 rooms keep it from feeling like a monastery, just a very serene, very deliberate one.
