The suites look out over Lake Lucerne, the spa runs to 10,000 square metres with indoor and outdoor pools, and the whole place has the faded-glamour bones of somewhere Audrey Hepburn once stayed, thoroughly modernised. The Michelin Guide awarded it 3 Keys.
