Wood-burning fire in the middle of Brighton's Lanes, retro music on the speakers, and cocktails moving fast, this is the kind of sharing-plates spot that doesn't feel the need to announce itself. The menu leans Mediterranean with North African and Middle Eastern threads running through it, and the Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks. Easy to walk past on Middle Street, which is half the point.
