Ca l'Enric
Catalan
Stone walls and wood beams recall the old roadside hostal this building once was, though the food inside is a long way from pilgrim rations. Ca l'Enric is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant run by siblings: two in the kitchen, one steering the wine list from a cellar that used to be a rainwater tank. The menus mine Catalan tradition through a seasonal, creative lens, leaning hard on whatever the Vall de Bianya's forests happen to be offering right now.
