The drive in on unpaved white roads through vineyards is, as advertised, part of the point. Campo del Drago is a two-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant inside a medieval hamlet in the hills above Montalcino, where the chef turns the estate's own kitchen garden into contemporary Tuscan tasting menus. The panoramic terrace and a wine list running past 700 labels, heavy on local Brunello, do the rest of the convincing.
