Casa Alva
Mediterranean
A former parsonage in the Graubünden mountains, now a modern tasting-menu restaurant where the old stone bones of the building show through a polished interior. The chef runs a five-to-eight course "Chef's Choice" menu that pulls from French, Mediterranean, and Alpine traditions without committing too hard to any of them. Guestrooms are available if you'd rather not navigate mountain roads after several courses of wine.
