    The vivid pink exterior is your first clue that this boutique country house hotel near Santiago de Compostela takes a loose interpretation of "Galician villa." Twelve suites in the main house draw from Yves Saint Laurent, Morocco, and the general feeling that more is more, while seven yurts and a freestanding chapel suite round out the options. The Michelin Guide awarded it 2 Keys. Two restaurants, two bars, Iglusaunas, and a vineyard out back.
