A converted flour mill on the banks of the river Mula, Casa Borrego is a small gastronomic hotel where the dining room keeps the kitchen in plain sight and the terrace keeps the water in plain sight. The cooking draws on the ingredients of the Murcian mountains, offered à la carte or through set menus, in a rustic space that takes its cues from the landscape rather than from anywhere trying hard to impress.
