A contemporary restaurant tucked beside Cuenca's famous hanging houses, in a stone building that once stored goods rather than fed people. Inside, the minimalist decor makes an interesting argument with the medieval bones of the place. The kitchen takes well-known regional dishes and quietly pulls them apart, then puts them back together differently.
