    The open grill sits in plain sight from the dining room, which tells you everything about what kind of place this is. Casa Farpón is a rustic Asturian asador where the menu follows the market, the fish comes straight off traditional boats, and the stew with compango, a tangle of regional meats, is the sort of thing people drive out to the countryside for. The cellar leans into Asturian wines, a nice touch when you're already this far in.
