A family built this 16-room boutique hotel by hand in a forest village less than an hour from Istanbul, and it still feels more like a home than a hotel. Rooms are named for trees and furnished with handmade pieces; the biodynamic garden feeds a restaurant run by one of the family's sons, Italian-trained. A spa with forest-facing saunas and a pool fill out the rest. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
