Casa Romántica
Canary Island Spanish
Tucked into the Agaete Valley with coffee plantations pressing in on all sides, this family-run Canarian restaurant grows much of what it serves on its own farm. Inside, the chef runs structured tasting menus; outside on the terrace, things loosen up into something more casual. Either way, the kitchen has a sharp focus on the island's produce, reread through a modern lens. There's also a small museum on site, in case you finish dinner and think, I could learn more about mojo.
