    A 16th-century stone vaulted ceiling arches over just three tables in this Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant tucked along the Cinca river at the edge of Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido. The single menu, called Sueño, runs through Aragonese Pyrenean cooking pulled into the present with quiet confidence. Book well ahead, because three tables in a remote mountain village fills faster than you'd expect.
