The dining room at this vineyard restaurant is inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy, which sets a certain tone before you've even looked at the menu. Alejandro Vigil, the winemaker behind it all, has a Michelin star here and a reputation in wine circles that precedes him by several counties. The kitchen runs seasonal menus rooted in Mendoza produce, much of it from the property's own garden, with a staff that treats service as a competitive sport.
