Casal Santa Eulalia

A converted farmhouse in the quieter north of Mallorca, Casal Santa Eulalia makes a deliberate argument against the island's foam-party reputation. Wooden ceiling beams sit alongside modern furnishings and pale stone tones, while outside there are three pools, a sauna, a tennis court, and bikes for the trails. The old wine cellar holds the restaurant; the terrace tapas bar handles the rest. Alcudia beach is close, and the Serra de Tramuntana is closer.
