The terrace here looks out over the green hills above Lake Maggiore, and on a clear day it's hard to concentrate on the menu. This old-school Piedmontese trattoria has been around forever, and the room feels it, in the best way: homey, unhurried, and run with obvious conviction. The kitchen roams the whole Italian peninsula, seafood included, but the local and regional dishes are where it settles. A Michelin Bib Gourmand.
