A glass-fronted kitchen and a terrace that somehow looks like it grew out of the Andalusian countryside set the mood at this rural grill house on the edge of Vejer. The reason to come is beef, catalogued by breed and age the way a serious wine list handles vintages. Pork and lamb show up too, but the whole operation exists for the fire and the cut. Couples tend to make the drive out to Pago de Santa Lucía for this one.
