This is a traditional Spanish restaurant where the kitchen leans on regional recipes, the revolconas gets a pork tongue upgrade, and the setting does more atmospheric work than any interior decorator could manage. The crowd tends toward people who drove a little out of their way on purpose, which is the right instinct. A medieval interpretation centre sits nearby for anyone who still has questions afterward.
