Modern French
A working watermill beside a millstream in the Burgundy countryside, which is either the most romantic setting for a two-Michelin-star tasting menu you'll encounter or proof that France is simply showing off. The chef trained with Paul Bocuse and Pierre Orsi, and the cooking channels that rigour into something more playful, letting the region's ingredients do the talking with a few quiet surprises along the way. The terrace is lovely.
