    Thirty-three floors above Namba, this luxury hotel in the heart of Osaka wears its refinement quietly, colorful without being garish, detailed without being cluttered. Spa Cenvaree runs the rural-retreat fantasy convincingly for something mid-skyscraper, and the dining lineup, rooftop smoke kitchen to a room devoted entirely to crab, gives you plenty of reasons to stay in for the night.
