Château d'Adoménil

A one-Michelin-star restaurant inside a classical château outside Lunéville, with wainscoting, parquet floors, and open fireplaces that haven't been touched up for anyone. The chef, a Lorraine native who came up through pastry, runs a modern French kitchen with a light hand and a serious eye for produce. His wife curates the wine list and runs the floor, which gives the whole operation a pleasantly personal feel for somewhere this grand.
