    About an hour northeast of Prague, this five-star chateau hotel sits at the edge of a forest known for wild mushrooms, which sets the tone nicely. The 23 rooms run to chandeliers, wrought iron beds, and writing desks that once hosted Rilke. Downstairs, the Alchemist Club pairs a vintage jukebox with high-tech wine preservation, because why not. The spa blends its own natural cosmetics on-site. Michelin awarded it one Key.
