Moorish archways and hand-painted tiles survived the renovation of this historic villa in Georgia's wine country, and the team behind Communal's Tbilisi boutique hotels built around them rather than over them. The philosophy is communal in practice: a shared breakfast table, a poolside bar, an all-day spot for local food and natural wines. Rooms go full eclectic, with emerald accent walls, velvet daybeds, and handwoven rugs. The vineyards start just outside town.
