Sitting at the center of Puligny-Montrachet, the village that gave Grand Cru Burgundy much of its mythology, COMO Le Montrachet is a 28-room luxury hotel spread across four stone buildings. Designer Paola Navone's interiors feel like a knowing reimagining of the region rather than a period restoration. The restaurant runs seasonal French classics alongside a serious cellar, and the team can arrange winery tours for guests who came to do this properly. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
