    A private island resort on a 1,000-acre cay in the Turks and Caicos, Parrot Cay is the kind of place people go specifically to be unreachable. The COMO Shambala spa runs Eastern-inspired therapies and yoga camps, the beaches are white and uncrowded, and the villas are buried deep enough in tropical foliage that even the famous can pretend they don't exist for a week.
