Cooking and Nature - Emotional Hotel

Each of the twelve guest rooms at this boutique hotel takes its name from an emotion, so you can book yourself into Passion (mirrored, cabaret-ish) or Saudade (moody walls, lines of Portuguese poetry). The cooking half of the name is literal: guests forage the garden with a wine glass before a chef-led lesson. The setting is a limestone-hill nature park, close enough to Lisbon for a long weekend detour.
