Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort, Paros

Forty suites on the northern coast of Paros, each furnished with pieces by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon, which is a genuinely unexpected flex for a whitewashed Aegean resort. Many have plunge pools, the spa runs in partnership with Greek skincare brand Korres, and the restaurant leans hard into local tradition, cooking classes included. Naoussa is quieter than the island-hopping circuit tends to advertise, which is more or less the point.
