    Hand-painted Spanish tiles and brass chandeliers set the tone in the lobby, and the old-world formality never really lets up. This hotel in San Isidro runs to spacious rooms with high ceilings and dark wood, many with balconies overlooking a garden courtyard or the Lima Golf Club next door. The spa, gym, and palm-ringed plunge pool are there when the meetings end, and business travelers fill the conference wings reliably.
