    This is the hotel restaurant at the Crowne Plaza in Borjomi, a mountain spa town of Gothic Eclectic buildings and small bridges over the Mtkvari. The menu pairs Georgian and European dishes in a calm, cozy dining room, which suits a town where everyone arrives to sip mineral water and be gently restored. Mushroom soup with truffle, beef fillet, and salmon anchor an evening here. Gault&Millau gives it 2 Toques.
