Cuchara is a two-Michelin-starred creative restaurant in Lommel where the chef runs a tight tasting menu laced with Asian inflections, wood-smoke, and a few too many good ideas to track on the first pass. The mood is lounge-ish and warm, the cooking quietly unhinged in the best sense.
