Dalla Gioconda

A short tunnel with porthole windows leads to a lift, which opens onto a glass-enclosed terrace at the very top of Gabicce Monte, with the Adriatic below and hills behind. This is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant where the chef pulls from local and broader Italian traditions and makes them feel personal. The wine list runs to French labels and pours generously by the glass. Come at sunset if you can manage it.
