A seven-metre ceiling hung with silk chandeliers inside a former naval building on the Flensburg marina sets the mood before the food arrives. This is a fine dining restaurant with a Michelin star, built around two set menus, one focused on the farm, one on the fjord. Much of the produce comes from the restaurant's own farm nearby, and the cooking stays seasonal and unfussy, which is harder than it sounds at this price point.
