    Perched above 1,200 metres on the Val Pusteria scenic road, this alpine restaurant in a family-run hotel earns a Michelin Bib Gourmand for seasonal regional cooking with a quiet modern touch. The terrace looks out over the Dolomites and Carnic Alps, which does a lot of the work before anyone's even ordered. Dinner runs either à la carte or a four-to-five course surprise menu; Sundays bring a shorter lunch.
