Perched at 1,800 meters with the ski slope running right past the door, this mountain restaurant inside Hotel Seekarhaus runs a relaxed, all-day alpine kitchen from late morning until late afternoon. The menu moves between organic Wagyu burgers and classic Backhendl, finishing with Kaiserschmarrn the way it should be made. When the weather cooperates, the terrace and its panoramic views are the whole point; a freestanding pavilion and a cosy fireplace room cover everything else.
