    Vaulted ceilings in a compact Klagenfurt dining room, where a husband-and-wife team runs a small restaurant with a monthly changing set menu of three to five courses built around fresh seasonal and regional ingredients. The chef tends to leave the kitchen to present dishes personally, which either charms you or puts you on the spot. House-made non-alcoholic pairings are available alongside wine, and the whole thing moves at a cordial, unhurried pace.
