A revamped carpenter's workshop on the picturesque harbour of Urk, De Boet is a seasonal restaurant where the kitchen leans hard on seafood with an Asian edge. Window seats face the water, and the terrace is the obvious move in good weather. The chef tracks the seasons closely, moving from ceviche and pan-seared fish in warmer months toward game and stews when winter arrives. Selected by the Michelin Guide.
